Thriving Scotland is a national organisation providing trauma-informed, inclusive support for children, young people, adults and families.
We exist to create safe, welcoming spaces where people feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
We began as a small community organisation in East Lothian and have grown into a Scotland Wide charity.
Our expansion was driven by one thing: people consistently asking us for safe, respectful, non-judgemental support they could trust.
What hasn't changed is our heart - we stay grounded in relationships, lived experience and community connection.
A Scotland where everyone can thrive - without barriers, stigma, or discrimination.
To provide compassionate, flexible support that helps people feel safe, valued, and connected - at any stage in life.
We lead with humanity and care.
Everyone belongs; we challenge discrimination.
Trust and relationships first.
Flexible, playful and adaptive support.
We speak up for what's right.
Pople feel welcome, not alone.
We reflect, grow, and stay curious.
Our team brings together professional expertise and lived experience.
We work collaboratively, reflectively and with compassion at the core of everything we do.
Our Board provides oversight, accountability and strategic direction.
We make decisions guided by our values and by listening to the people and communities we support.
